Honourable
Laura McLeod
   ARCN President
It gives me great joy and appreciation to welcome everybody to the new and revamped website of the Association of Regional Councils. I believe that this interactive site will provide information, exchange of ideas, enhance communication flow and further promote the activities of our Association.

The website is therefore a tool for all stakeholders to access and make use of. The renewed developed website is a sign of our commitment locally, regionally and internationally to publicize activities of ARCN.
Therefore I have pleasure to call on all thirteen Regional Councils to effectively browse and make use of the website. In conclusion, our special word of thanks goes to the French Embassy, through His Excellency the Ambassador for having made financial contribution to the completion of this excercise.
Enjoy it!
